Review : A visually appealing book, small enough for easy handling and posting to a friend. I took it to my craft group - all ladies over 50 - and like me they were amazed at how appetising, easy and diabetic friendly all the recipes are with ideas for all meals and snacks. Only problem with it is I may never get out of the kitchen!

Hi Margaret, Yes, the recipes in this book include information about energy, total fat, sodium, carbohydrates & fibre per serve. Kind Regards,

Are there any cook books to help me with my diabetes and also for low potassium meals? Leigh.

Hi Leigh. We do not currently have any cookbooks that are for low potassium meals. We do understand that many people do require low potassium diets for a number of reasons including because of reduced kidney function. We are always on the lookout for any books that can help people manage the complications of diabetes.

I am looking for a glutenfree, sugarfree, Paleo diet, 4 ingredients cooking book. Wilhelmina.

Hi Wilhelmina. We do not sell any cookbooks that advocate a Paleo diet.
